Support and Maintenance

Your annual fee includes unlimited phone support between your practice's designated contact person and Altos Solutions Technical Support team. Email support is always available at no charge, and is often the most efficient was to resolve many issues. Any software upgrades to resolve problems, as well as new maintenance releases including enhancements to your existing modules are also at no charge and require no effort on your part for an upgrade (Hosted solution only).

Training and Installation

For an additional fee, on site training is offered, typically in one day, at your practice. Data cleaning, data entry, non-standard interfacing, and local installation (if required) services are also available.
