Carla Wood Balch, President—Began work in oncology through patient support groups and patient-reported outcomes technology products. Carla Wood Balch brings extensive experience in community oncology most recently as Director of Product Development for Supportive Oncology Services and Accelerated Community Oncology Research Network (ACORN). Her technology development and clinical trial negotiations brings a broad range of business development opportunities to Altos.
John T. Willey II, Co-founder & Chief Architect—Serial entrepreneur and 25+ year veteran of the software industry. Founding executive of several extremely successful companies and has held General Manager positions of public software companies
Keith Irwin, Co-founder & COO—Has been building and managing high tech operations teams in both the EDA and Enterprise software arenas since 1984. VP, Software Operations of the Pricing Products Division at Manugistics. Cofounder and President of Proxy Modeling, a provider of software, verification and support services for the ASIC design community
Kent Hargrave, Director of Implementation Services—Has extensive experience in healthcare information services, most recently serving as senior vice president/chief operating officer of M2 Information Systems. Prior to that, Hargrave was the chief information officer of Overlake Hospital Medical Center and vice president of IT for Steven’s Healthcare.

Altos Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2004 by John T. Willey II and Keith Irwin to create an oncology-specific electronic medical record for community-based oncology practices. Altos Solutions was the logical next step for Willey, who along with Lavi Malhotra, had created the first oncology EMR, Vital Software, Inc., in 1993.
OncoEMR™’s first customer was Florida Cancer Specialists, the largest privately-owned oncology/hematology practice in the US with 100+ physicians and 30 clinical sites.
Today, Altos Solutions, Inc. has an installed base of more than 870 providers, OncoEMR™ is the industry leader.
